System transfer

You currently have a TrackJack system installed in your current vehicle and wish to use the system in your new vehicle. The procedure for transferring the system varies depending on the type of system you have, whether it’s a PRO Fiscaal 2, OTM 3, GO!, or All-in system. You can check this in your online account under ‘Management’ and then ‘Devices’. You will find the type of system listed under ‘Device type’.

PRO Fiscaal 2 TrackJack OTM 3 TrackJack GO! All-in

PRO Fiscaal 2

You have a TrackJack PRO Fiscaal 2 system equipped with the Keurmerk Ritregistratiesystemen (Quality Mark for Mileage Registration Systems). Certain requirements are associated with installing this system. One of the requirements of the Quality Mark is that the installation must be done by us or by an installer certified by us. This also applies to transferring the system to a new vehicle. Our technicians are happy to handle this for you at your location.

Important: Download the trip registration and, if necessary, the fiscal report from the old vehicle before the new installation takes place.

Arrange the system transfer

All you need to do is order the ‘System Transfer – PRO Fiscaal‘ via our webshop.
Once you’ve ordered your system transfer voucher, our scheduling team will contact you to arrange an appointment at a location of your choice.
We will install a new TrackJack system in your new vehicle. Our installer will remove the old TrackJack from your old vehicle and take it with them. We will transfer the service level that was still active on the old system to the new system for you. If the old vehicle cannot be at the installation location at the same time, you can also remove the TrackJack from the old vehicle yourself and hand it over to our technician.

TrackJack OTM 3

If you have a TrackJack OTM 3, you are permitted to transfer the system to another vehicle yourself. Once the system is installed in the new vehicle, click on the ‘Transfer to Another Vehicle’ button in your online account. This will restart the installation wizard, consisting of 4 steps:

Fill in all the details of the vehicle, such as the name, license plate, and mileage.
Next, select how you have connected the OTM 3 and whether you have used any accessories such as driver identification.
The system will now verify its operation. Once the system is functioning and all steps are ‘checked off’, you can proceed to step 4.
Choose the driver who will be driving the vehicle, then click on the green checkmark to complete the installation wizard.

The next trip will be recorded under the new license plate. All trips from your previous vehicle can still be found under ‘Reports – Previous Vehicles.’

If you prefer to have the installation performed by us, you can order the ‘System Transfer – OTM 3’ via our webshop and our scheduling team will contact you to arrange an appointment. It is important that both vehicles are at the same location so that we can remove the system from the old vehicle and install it directly into the new one.

TrackJack GO!

If you have a TrackJack GO!, you have likely installed the system yourself using the provided OBD2 cable. You can remove the system from the current vehicle and install it in the new vehicle. Once the system is installed in the new vehicle, click on the ‘Transfer to Another Vehicle’ button in your online account. This will restart the installation wizard, consisting of 4 steps:

Fill in all the details of the vehicle, such as the name, license plate, and mileage.
The GO! is connected via the OBD2 port. Once you have done this, click on ‘next’.
The system will now search for a location and verify connectivity with the platform.
Choose the driver who will be driving the vehicle, then click on the green checkmark to complete the installation wizard.

The next trip will be recorded under the new license plate. All trips from your previous vehicle can still be found under ‘Reports – Previous Vehicles.

All-in

The TrackJack All-in system operates on a monthly direct debit basis. Similar to the PRO Fiscaal system, the All-in system is equipped with the Keurmerk Ritregistratiesystemen, which obligates us, according to the Quality Mark, to transfer the system.

To transfer this system to another vehicle, please fill out the termination form and place a new order for a new All-in system. Our scheduling team will then contact you to schedule an appointment to install the All-in system in the new vehicle.
