GDPR, ISO 27001 and quality mark
Privacy and data protection
A trip registration system records data that the law classifies as personal data: odometer readings, speeds, times, trips, and locations. It must then be clear what is being recorded, what happens to that data, and who has access to it.

Privacy and trip logging
Trip logging and privacy go hand in hand. That is why we explain how we handle it.
A trip log contains a great deal of privacy-sensitive information. This applies not only to employer systems: systems installed by the leasing company or the car manufacturer also record data. We believe that a driver should always be able to see what data originates from the car, who is authorized to view it, and what it is used for.
We attach great importance to data protection and pursue a policy focused on customer requirements, the standards of the quality mark, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Rides and routes Start, end, route driven
- Our sites Full addresses
- Date and times Recorded per trip
- Mileage Before and after the ride
- Speeds Per trip, with the speed profile
You can restrict access to private trips: you specify what an employer is allowed to view in the privacy policy.

Employer and Employee Privacy Policy
Make clear agreements with the driver and record them in a privacy policy; a one-time consent form is not sufficient. It must be clear what data comes from the car, who can view it, and for what purpose.
