How do I register trips for multiple drivers?
With driver recognition. The system links every trip to the person who drove, ensuring accurate records for each employee. Your employees do not need to enter or start anything themselves; in the portal, you can view the trips per car and per driver.
What am I allowed to record about employees under the GDPR?
You may record business trips if there is a legitimate interest for doing so, such as a tax obligation. Private trips should remain private. In TrackJack, you decide who sees which data, and you record the agreements in a data processing agreement.
From how many cars does this make sense?
Starting from two. TrackJack focuses on fleets of 2 to 50 vehicles. The more cars, the greater the difference: one comprehensive administration for all drivers instead of separate overviews that you have to collect yourself.
Do all cars have to come at the same time?
No. You can order per vehicle and expand whenever it suits you. Every new tracker automatically appears in the same portal, so you maintain a single overview, even if you equip the fleet in stages.
Am I tied to a subscription?
No. You purchase the tracker as a one-time purchase. For the 4G connection, the TrackJack app, and the portal, you pay for Service & Support annually, in advance. You choose the contract duration yourself, from six months to five years, and there is no automatic renewal.
