You purchase the Marine as a one-time purchase. Service & Support activates the connection, the TrackJack app, and the portal for one year. There are two levels: theft protection only, or theft protection with routes and trip logging.

What level do I need for a rental fleet?
The level with routes: you can see per boat where it has been and whether it stayed within the agreed sailing area. For a boat that mainly stays in the harbor, theft protection is sufficient.
Am I tied to a subscription?
No. You purchase the tracker once. For the 4G connection, the TrackJack app, and the portal, you pay for Service & Support annually, in advance. There is no automatic renewal.
Can I switch in the meantime?
You can always upgrade to a higher level without new hardware. You cannot cancel early; Service & Support expires at the end of the chosen period.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all amounts are exclusive of VAT, per chosen term. The CamperTracker is primarily purchased by private individuals; for that, we list the amount including VAT.
