You purchase the PRO Fiscaal as a one-time payment. Then you choose a term of 6 months to 5 years, including mileage tracking and, if you wish, Live tracking. Each price applies for the entire term, paid in advance, without automatic renewal.

Does the PRO Fiscaal meet the requirements of the Tax and Customs Administration?
Yes. The PRO Fiscaal carries the Trip Registration Systems Quality Mark. Every trip is recorded with date, time, addresses, and kilometers, and you export the overview or audit file when requested.
How does the installation proceed?
After your order, our planning department will contact you to schedule an appointment. The technician will come to a location of your choice in the Netherlands and install the tracker behind the dashboard, for a fixed rate of €94,95 excluding VAT.
What do I pay in addition to the purchase?
Service & Support for the 4G connection, the TrackJack app, and the portal. This costs €95 per year, or less per year for a longer term of up to five years. You pay in advance, without a multi-year contract. If you do not renew after twelve months, usage stops automatically.
Does the tracker also work abroad?
Yes. The SIM card roams throughout Europe at no extra cost. Your trips are also registered normally across the border.
What about privacy?
Business and private trips are recorded separately, and private trips remain protected. Everything is in accordance with the GDPR, and you decide who sees what.
How long are my trips saved?
Seven years, the fiscal retention period. This way, you can also show your records during an audit of previous years.
