You can choose a GPS vehicle tracker with European or worldwide coverage. Our vehicle tracking systems are equipped with a roaming SIM card for optimal coverage abroad and are also provider-independent. For example, if provider A experiences an outage, the tracking system immediately switches to provider B, ensuring continued operation and location sharing.
How does GPS tracking work?
Using GPS (satellites) and GPRS (GSM network), the coordinates of your vehicle or vessel are determined and sent securely to our online software.
We process these coordinates into locations on the map. Or, in the case of trip logging, into a complete trip with addresses, kilometers, and times.
You log in online or via the TrackJack app where you can view, export and manage your data.

Installation at your location or would you prefer to install it yourself?

Once the track and trace system is installed, you can view the locations via our online software and the smartphone app. This is convenient when you're on the go. The location is displayed on a map, allowing you to zoom in on it in detail, and you can even explore the area using Street View. You can choose how often you want to receive the location information from the track and trace system.
Using GPS satellites and the mobile network, your vehicle tracker's locations are determined. The coordinates are sent securely to the TrackJack server. You log in online on your computer or through the TrackJack app to view and manage your data.

The TrackJack OTM has European coverage and offers GPS tracking throughout Europe at no extra cost. The TrackJack Endurance even has worldwide coverage, making it a suitable track and trace system for containers or objects traveling around the world.
This depends on the type of GPS tracker you order and the service level/usage you choose. TrackJack OTM has four different service levels, with location reporting varying from twice a day to full trip registration (every 30 seconds). TrackJack Endurance You can set it to receive a location 1, 2, 4 or 12 times per day.
The TrackJack doesn't work with a subscription, but with a service level. When you purchase a tracking system, you choose the service level that best suits your needs. When the service level expires after a year, you'll receive a reminder to renew it. If you don't, the service will not be automatically renewed. So, we don't do tacit lock-in contracts.

A safety zone, or geofence, is an area you define and designate as a zone. For example, a zone at home or Haarlem. As soon as the tracker enters or leaves the zone, you'll receive an immediate notification. This feature is only available on the TrackJack OTM.
The TrackJack OTM connects to the power supply of the desired object. When connected to the ignition, you'll also receive theft notifications as soon as the vehicle is stolen. You can choose to install it yourself or have one of our technicians do it for you. We'll come to your location, install the track and trace system, and test it immediately.
The TrackJack Endurance has a long-lasting internal battery, so the system does not need to be connected to a power supply.”
A sabotage alert means you'll receive a notification if the GPS tracker is disconnected from the power supply. A theft alert means the object is moved without the ignition on, for example, when a vehicle is being transported. You'll receive these alerts via your online account, the smartphone app, and by email. Optionally, you can receive notifications via SMS for a small additional fee.
Our track & trace system makes no noise and is therefore often used as a black box or beacon for security.
If you choose to install it for us, we'll conceal the tracker as best as possible. The vehicle tracker is invisible and therefore cannot be easily removed from the vehicle.
