Systems

This overview shows all systems from the account. You will also see which systems are and are not operational and which system the service has expired. You can also change settings here and add new systems. You can read more about all the options below.

1. Overview  of systems

Here are all systems displayed of the account that are active.

2. Non – operational systems

The non-operational systems are not active, do not give up locations, but still have service. For example, these can be systems that have been disconnected from the power supply. We advise you to keep a close eye on it.

3. Expired systems

Systems that no longer have a service are listed under the ” expired ” tab. These systems are also no longer active, but can still be made active. If you order a reactivation code and a new service level, you can reactivate it.

4. Options for  a system

Behind each system you will see three dashes on the right side. By clicking here you go to the settings of a system or you can extend the service. With the settings you can edit all data such as the name, the color of the icon or the photo. But also the vehicle data, functions and office hours.

5. Make an export

6. Add system

If you want to add another system to the account, click the green button on the right with “Add system”. Then fill in the system code that is mentioned on the gray card that was delivered with the system in the packaging.

7. Functions

A handy part for when you want to make edits for multiple vehicles. Click on a function and then boxes appear behind the systems in the overview. Here you select for which systems you want to activate this function and then click on save.

8. Systems

Here you can see all systems that are active on your account. Here the name of the system is mentioned, the system code, which type of product it is, whether it is linked to tags and when the service expires.
