1. Full screen

Click on full screen and you will only see the map with all the vehicles for a nice overall view. Convenient for planning.

2. System information

Click on the icon and you will see data from the system and features that you can navigate directly to.

3.  Notice about private use

If an orange bar appears with this message, this means that you are using ride registration, this system is shared with another user and the user has shielded the private rides. You only see business rides and will therefore not always be able to see new locations if these are private ones.

4.  Card options

At the bottom right of the map you will see a green icon with a white card. Clicking here will show some card features that you can use.

4.1.  Markers  cluster

When multiple systems are in one location, they are clustered. If systems are clustered, a green circle appears on the card with a number in it. This figure indicates how many systems are in this location. By clicking here, you zoom in on the map and see the systems appear. If you do not want this, you can turn off the function.

4.2.   View my location

If you enable this feature by moving the slider, you will be asked for permission to view your location. If you agree here, your own location will appear on the map.

4.3.  Show all systems

Once you have selected one system, you will only see the location on the map from this system. If you want to see the complete overview of all systems, click on “Show All Systems”.

5.   Realtime data

On the right, you will see a real-time pie chart of how many vehicles are on the road and standing still. In addition, the chart shows the top 5 speeds.

6. Active systems

Under real-time data, you’ll see the systems in your account. This includes the name, date and date of last measurement. On the right side of the name you will see the status. The icon with the “P” means that the vehicle is parked. When the vehicle is driving, this is shown with the green arrow and if the vehicle is stationary with the contact, you will see a red “contact out” icon. If you see and click on an information icon, you will see the message that belongs to the location on the map.
If you see an eye on a system, this means you’re watching this system and it is shared with another account.

7. Last  measured  mode

The status of a vehicle is displayed by means of different icons. If the vehicle is parked, a parking icon appears, if the vehicle is on the way, you see an arrow and if the car’s car is switched off, a red ”contact out” icon will appear here. This way you always know the status of a vehicle.

 8. Last measured position

9. Cross through system image

If the system icon shows a cross, this means that there is an old location and no new location has occurred. This may be because the system is no longer active, has no reach and can not send data or that the system has no service and needs to be renewed.

 12. Automatic refresh

Every 60 seconds, the locations will automatically refresh on the screen. At the bottom of the map on the left you will see the refresh icon with the two arrows and the number of seconds before the locations are refreshed. Clicking here will refresh the locations immediately.

Do you want to turn this feature off? Then this can be done with the card options. You click the icon with the green circle with the white card at the bottom right of the map. Now you will see a screen where you can turn off automatic refresh.
