Create a journey report from one or more drivers and download them easily to PDF. You can also have reports automatically e-mailed, for example every week. You can read more about the trip report below.

1. Tags for the report
Do you use tags? Then you can also filter for reporting here. Suppose you have a group of 7 drivers with the tag “South-Holland”, select this tag that includes all drivers and you do not have to select drivers 1 by 1. You will then receive the report per vehicle by e-mail.
2. Systems in your account
All drivers from your account are displayed here. Select one or more vehicles and click on the arrow on the right to add it.
3. Report name
Give the report a name so that you can recognize it properly if it is sent.
4. Selected systems
Here you will see the selection of vehicles that you have created for compiling the report.
5. Type of report
Here you will see the selection of vehicles that you have created for compiling the report.
6. Perform immediately
After you have made the selection you can choose to compose the report directly. If you choose this option, you will receive the report by e-mail to the e-mail address within a few seconds.
7. Send Periodically
You can also choose to have the reports sent periodically. Handy if you do not want to do this manually. Indicate whether you want a weekly or monthly report. You can then schedule these periodically and also check whether you want the first report immediately. If you have chosen a weekly report, you will receive the report of the previous week every Monday. And with the monthly report you will receive the report of the previous month every first of the month.
8. Period
Specify for which period you want the report.
9. E-mail address (several possible)
Now indicate to which e-mail address you want the report to be sent, this can also be multiple e-mail addresses. By default, the e-mail address of your account is entered here. You can enter additional e-mail addresses with the ” add e-mail ” button.
10. Save/send
Once you have filled in everything you finally click on save / send.
11. Report format
You can indicate in which format you wish to receive the report.
