Do you use the ride registration for the Tax Administration? Then the Tax Report is the variant that you can provide the tax authorities. This is an encrypted annual report containing all the requirements and wishes of the Tax Administration. These can be delivered digitally.

1. Tags for the report
Do you use tags? Then you can also filter for the report. Suppose you have a group of 7 vehicles with the tag “Zuid-Holland”, select this tag where all vehicles fall and you do not have to select the vehicles 1 by 1. You will then receive the report by e-mail per vehicle.
2. Systems in your account
All systems in your account with ride registration will be displayed here. Select one or more vehicles and click the arrow on the right to add them.
3. Report Name
Name the report so that you recognize it properly when it is sent.
4. Selected systems
Here’s the selection of vehicles you’ve created for compiling the report.
5. Year
Specify the year for which you want the report.
6. E-mail address (multiple possible)
Now indicate which email address you’d like the report to send, which can also be multiple email addresses. By default, the e-mail address of your account is entered. The “Add Email” button allows you to enter additional email addresses.
7. Save / send
After completing all, click on save / send and the report will be sent to you.
