1. The character of the ride
Each ride has a character, this can be a business or private character. By default, all trips are business and you can manually adjust to private by clicking on the trip and then choose “Private / business exchange”. You can also choose to set office hours so that all journeys that fall during office hours get the character ‘business’ and everything that falls outside this is ‘private’. To set it, go to “Management” and click on “Systems”. You go to the appropriate system for which you want to make the setting and click on the three lines next to the expiry date of the system. Then click on “Settings” and you will see the tab “Set office hours”.
2. Point of interest (POI)
A useful functionality is the creation of point of interest. If you click on the icon during the trip, you can immediately make this address a point of interest, for example the name of a project or customer. If this address is then re-visited, the customer name is displayed in the trip overview.
3. Select options
Group the trips per day so that you have a single overview of all journeys or select only business or private journeys.
4. Export easily
Download the trip registration easily to PDF. If you are going to submit the trip registration to the Tax Authorities, we advise you to use the Audit file. This is an encrypted file in XML format that the Tax Authorities can read. This file complies with all the requirements of the Tax Authorities and is provided with the Keurmerk voor RitRegistratieSystemen. Read more about this quality mark here.

In the navigation menu, click on “Management” and click on “Drivers” under ride data and then on “Add driver”. You enter the data and you are also asked which vehicle should be connected to this driver. If you have completed this, this driver will be shown on the rides that are being driven from now on. It is always possible to change the driver of the vehicle afterwards by editing the trip, see point 10.
