Here you will find an overview of alerts, action points and emails that have been entered, which are further explained below.
1. Action points
Here you will find all important notifications that may be taken for action. These are notifications sent to you by email. For example: entering a new mileage or service level that will almost expire.
By clicking on the three dashes on the right side of the message, you can view the notification and, if possible, be redirected directly to the place where you can perform the action immediately.
2. The alarms
Alarm messages such as tampering, theft or leaving a security zone are displayed here. By clicking on the three dashes on the right of the message, you can view the alarm and see a map with the location of the alarm and data such as the date and address.
By clicking on “group by system” in the top right of the screen, all reports from one system are placed together for a good overview.
3. Email messages
In this section you will see all the emails that have previously sent to you. These can be emails regarding all kinds of notifications.
By clicking on the three dashes on the right side of the message, you can view the message. This is a brief summary, not the actual message sent by e-mail.
