Welcome to TrackJack. You have now received the TrackJack device or it has been installed by us or a certified dealer. To assist you further step by step, we ask you to make a choice.

Create an account and add the TrackJack code

The system has been installed. You can now create an account (or log in directly if you already have an account) via my.trackjackeurope.com and then add the unique TrackJack code. This code is listed on the card in the packaging or was provided by the installer after installation. To do this, go to ‘Management’ -> ‘Systems’ and then click on the ‘Add System’ button.

If you installed the TrackJack yourself, you can now follow the steps below to complete the installation wizard.

If the installation was done by us or a certified garage, the license plate, mileage, and any ordered service level have already been added. You can then proceed to step 5 in the installation wizard highlighted below.

If you have installed the TrackJack yourself, after adding the TrackJack code, you will be prompted to go through the installation wizard.

  • Step 1: Set up your TrackJack
    • Name
    • License plate
    • Brand
    • Model
    • Chassis number
    • Mileage
  • Step 2: Installation
    • Select how you connected the TrackJack. If you have a TrackJack GO!, you can proceed to step 3.
      • Motion detection / OBD2 port: the system is connected to the positive and negative terminals or installed via an OBD2 cable.
      • Contact connection: the system is connected to the positive, negative, and switched positive terminals.
        • If the system is connected via the contact, the next step is to choose whether additional options such as a private button, driver identification, or relays are connected.
  • Step 3: Your installation has been tested
    • The system will now search for a location, connection to the platform, and a contact signal if the system is also connected to the contact.
    • Once everything is a ‘green check mark’, proceed to the final step.
  • Step 4: Purchase service level
    • If you ordered a service level directly when placing the order, you received an email with a service code on the day of the order that can be filled in here.
    • No service code yet? You can order it in the webshop.
  • Step 5: Select driver
    • Select the driver who will be driving the vehicle and complete the wizard.

All steps have now been completed, and you can finish the installation wizard. The system will now be configured and will be displayed as ‘operational’ within 10 minutes.
